"We have been with this agency for just under 2 years and are transferring to a different State Farm agent. In the past 2 years there have been MULTIPLE clerical and administrative errors with our policies. Our auto policies were created with my wife only able to see our SUV and me only able to see our sedan. This has been a constant source of frustration and we have asked repeatedly for this to be fixed. I was given multiple ways of resolving this issue by people in their office, ranging from sending an email to a specific address, visiting a State Farm customer service website or calling a specific customer service number, none of which worked. When I spoke with State Farm customer service, they said that I had to have it fixed by their office. I went in and spoke with Lori about it and she said she fixed it but it remains that way to this day. Their office repeatedly issued rental policies on incorrect addresses. While we have changed addresses multiple times the past 19 months, I would expect a competent and professional staff to be able to handle the tasks of updating and issuing policies correctly. This has not happened and I have had to address this issue on multiple occasions. Typically when I call their office the phone is not answered and I am sent to voicemail. When I leave a message asking for help with an issue, the response is a return voicemail from a receptionist, not an agent, stating that the message was received and that I need to make another phone call to their office to resolve the issue. This serves no purpose, wastes the time of everyone involved and resolves nothing. If I do speak with someone in their office, my typical experience is that I leave a message and then wait multiple days for a call back. This has been an ongoing issue. I have repeatedly driven to their office and walked in to ensure that I would receive help with an issue as opposed to making a phone call because experience has taught me that I would not receive the help I needed in a timely manner unless I did so. This past Friday serves as a glaring example of this. I called Wednesday morning just after 9am and spoke with a member of their staff. When Rob called and left me a message he stated that I had called Thursday morning. This indicates that his staff didn't pass the message to him until 24 hours after I called. In October, I drove to the office and spoke with one of their agents regarding the fact that we had been flooded by hurricane Helene and lost all of our belongings. I was inquiring as to whether any of our policies would assist us with recovery and learned that none of them covered flood damage. While this was definitely unwelcome news, I had expected it and was prepared to accept it. What I was unprepared for and found insulting, infuriating and completely unacceptable was the agent's indifferent and cavalier attitude, her utter lack of empathy in the way that she addressed the situation. Her words, actions, tone of voice and overall demeanor conveyed not only an astounding lack of compassion but even of interest. This was the last straw."

"If you are looking for a great insurance agent, that actually takes the time, then look no further. I have been with Robert Sheehan for the last year for my homeowners insurance policy. I did have a problem last year and needed his help. Every time I have stopped in his office, unannounced mostly, he makes time for me. The office staff are both helpful are friendly and they know their insurance over there. 😁 I am now switching my vehicle to them as well because I prefer to shop local and work with those that are there for you. "Ron Sheehan and his 2 team members Cody and Alison have been a huge support towards me and have gone above and beyond to make sure I was assisted in every way. since my husband passed June 4th. "Does not respond to emails or calls. Have been trying to cancel our renters insurance for FOUR months and still he will not respond to any emails!!! Then he had the nerve to hang up on me after I said he is not professional and poor customer service. He wouldn’t even give me the proper documents to cancel the policy. I would never ever do business with him again!!!"

"I had rob sheehan for years in the beginning office was great then things changed for the WORST they never updated anything. months after months of requests to update my info and or policy. extremely non responsive doesnt bother listening to anything that is requested. I had to go into online multiple times to keep changing my policy and info. He kept giving me policy prices completely different from online and state farm centers and still kept changing the info back to whatever seemed to be what his office wanted.I would NEVER recommend him."
